Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The wrong item was delivered.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made orders
- Personalized items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by Pietra Noor.
